PFB Recruitment Limited recognises and understands the importance of protecting the environment in which we operate. We are fully committed to minimising the impact that running our business has on the environment and we encourage our clients, suppliers and other stakeholders to do the same. PFB Recruitment have identified three key objectives where we can improve our impact on the environment.

    We encourage the recycling and reuse of appropriate office stationery on a local level.

  • Energy Use

    By raising awareness of appropriate use of air conditioning and heating equipment throughout the company.

  • Consumables

    Reuse or recycle obsolete IT equipment by passing to charities, schools or community projects where it is practical to do so.

It is committed to promoting and maintaining the highest level of ethical standards in relation to all of its business activities. Its reputation for maintaining lawful business practices is of paramount importance and this Policy is designed to preserve these values. The Company therefore has a zero tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption and is committed to acting fairly and with integrity in all of its business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter bribery.

We are proud to be advocates of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals encouraging and supporting our staff to become members of a professional institute that recognises and promotes the very highest standards within the recruitment industry.

Modern Slavery

PFB Recruitment Limited is committed to zero tolerance against human trafficking and worker exploitation. PFB Recruitment Limited take a proactive approach, outlined below, to ensure our own business and that of our supply chain is free of human trafficking and worker exploitation, PFB Recruitment Limited also has a responsibility for ensuring compliance to these areas:

  • REC professional body for UK recruitment businesses.
  • REC Compliance test – completed every 2 years to retain membership.
  • Supply chain partners to support the running of our business must complete a self-declaration on their modern slavery approach. Our business will not support or deal with any business knowingly involved in exploitation or human trafficking.
  • All staff working for the group must have adequate references. and undertake a self-declaration outlining criminal convictions.
  • Audits – remotely with the Compliance team monitoring 100% of workers placed on assignment checking.
  • Right to Work checks – workers must prove they are eligible to work in the UK.
  • Dedicated confidential telephone number for workers to report concerns of exploitation/human trafficking.
